I've found the worst thing you can do in a relationship is to receive post addressed to your Ex.

My mate used to get video rental shop overdue notices. That's probably worse.
He could see the movies she was now enjoying with her new fella.

It's awfully difficult for Nans to keep track of their granddaughter’s boyfriends.

So usually they have a catch-all name for them. eg "Cocky".

And you get to the end of it, none the wiser about what they do.

People with more than 5 words in their job titles, should maybe have a think about being a bit more focussed.

Life in 2013:
Hate it when I'm giving out my credit card number over the phone then getting indecisive over committing to saying "zero" or "O" for the zeroes. (Or "O's")

I say one, and then lose confidence in it before flipping to using the other.

I like to check with the call-centre worker which they prefer, and if other people do the same.
